A list of fat burning foods is both easy and hard to come up with.

Easy, because plenty of foods to help lose weight are out there, available in your local stores.

Hard, because there is so much controversy about this subject.  Some say such foods don't exist -- others swear by them.

You'll have to make up your own mind, when it comes to food for losing weight -- the fat burners.

How Does it Work?

Food for losing weight comes in two basic categories:  thermogenic and negative calories.
